Geotechnical Engineer

The Geotechnical Engineer will perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and forensic investigation on civil and mining projects. This is a full-time, in-person position (Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant technical experience in Geotechnical engineering.
  • 0 to 5 years of employment experience in geotechnical engineering (some mining background is helpful)
  • Familiar with soil and rock mechanics principles
  • Have report writing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to develop proposals and scopes of work, quality control, and budget management.
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical emphasis.
  • Familiar with geotechnical modeling software packages (e.g., FLAC, Geostudio, Plaxis, or Rocscience products, etc) is a plus.
